We are a growing insurance agency looking for a motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. At our office, you'll find a supportive and hands-off environmentno micromanaging. We are seeking someone who thrives independently while contributing to team goals.

In this role, you'll work in-office, building relationships, generating leads, and providing tailored insurance solutions, including personal lines, light commercial, and life insurance. Sales experience is required; insurance experience is preferred but not necessary.

Monthly Health Insurance Stipend

• Solicit new clients for auto, home, life, farm, or business insurance, as well as estate or retirement planning.
• Market the agency and promote services through various channels.
• Assist with servicing existing client accounts by making policy changes, answering coverage and billing questions, and scheduling annual reviews.
• Provide excellent customer service to meet client needs and expectations.
• Advertise contests, create events or activities, and engage with the community.
• Manage and create engaging social media content to boost brand awareness.
• Attend networking events to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.

• Property and Casualty insurance license preferred. Must obtain prior to beginning work.
• Prior insurance and/or sales experience is required.
• Minimum two-year college degree preferred.
