  • Technical Design: Bring creative ideas and solutions to life with collaborative software engineering processes.
  • Code Review: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and set an example of quality code implementation that adheres to coding standards.
What we Value:
  • 2-3 years of College/University programming education.
  • Solid foundation with C++ and/or C#.
  • Solid math skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the drive to solve problems and debug programs.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a willingness to accept and respond to critical feedback.
  • Capacity for self-motivation, the ability to work independently, a willingness to ask questions, and a strong work ethic.
  • Passion for video games and knowledge of current industry trends.
What You May Also Have:
  • Experience with multiple programming languages.
  • Experience with personal or school projects in Unreal, Unity, or Godot.
  • Experience designing and implementing features and projects.
What We Can Offer:
  • Paid Federal Holidays
  • Professional Development: We offer opportunities to collaborate across disciplines, internal tech talks, and the chance to learn from specialists with backgrounds from across the games and software development industries.
  • Work-Life Balance: We really believe that home life comes first and we promote a flexible working environment. And as an added bonus: We don't crunch!
  • Office Perks: In addition to everything above, we also provide:
  • Weekly Team Lunches and snacks
  • Fully Equipped Team Lounge, Including our Favourite Consoles and Games
  • And, most importantly, a supportive and creative working environment made up of talented and friendly people, as well as the opportunity to work on some pretty cool games and projects - if we do say so ourselves!
