CNC Operator

An established precision manufacturing company based in Dayton, OH with over 15 years in business is seeking a CNC Machinist/Operator with 2+ years of experience to run CNC mills and/or lathes in a clean, high-precision production environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship in machining.

Qualifications
2+ years of CNC machine operation experience
Familiarity with G-code and ability to make offsets or minor edits
Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
Commitment to quality and efficiency in a production environment

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and ensure they meet specifications
Perform routine maintenance and keep machines running efficiently
Document production details and part counts
Work closely with team leads and programmers to resolve issues - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
